AI, PDF or SVG vector artwork is preferred. PNG and JPG files are also welcome. We can prepare design artwork for you at no charge; your sample includes up to two free revisions.

These estimates are for logo sampling, not bulk production or arrival at your address. Up to two sample revisions are free. Final production and delivery dates are confirmed separately.
Delivery, payment & support
We confirm the destination, costs and project-specific terms in your complete quotation.
Large-volume orders usually travel by sea freight with local ground delivery. We deliver to one receiving address. Faster transport can be discussed at additional cost.
Eligible non-remote destinations include the United States, Canada, Mexico, EU countries, the United Kingdom, Australia, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore and selected Middle Eastern destinations.
Remote areas and islands are excluded from the standard free-shipping offer. Confirm your exact country and postal code. All applicable delivery taxes are covered for eligible, confirmed destinations.
Prices depend on the product model, quantity and selected options, with no universal discount table. The final quote includes all agreed costs, including packaging extras where selected, delivery and covered taxes. Quotes are provided in your local currency.
Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged. Standard orders follow our existing return and warranty policies; warranty coverage also applies to custom products. Lifetime shoulder-strap maintenance generally means a replacement strap or the relevant parts, shipped free.
If an order issue occurs, we review the facts and responsibility with you. WITZMAN takes responsibility for issues caused by us. Once custom production has started, cancellation is not normally available; any requested cancellation is assessed against tooling and custom-material costs.

Straight answers about quantities, customization, sampling and delivery.
No. Ready-made WITZMAN orders have no minimum quantity requirement. You may mix available models and colors freely. Pricing is calculated from the selected products and quantities.
It applies to the same model in the same color. For example, 100 black B737 bags meet one custom minimum; 50 black and 50 brown B737 bags do not. Different model/color groups can share a combined quote once each group reaches 100 units.
All WITZMAN styles support customization. Options include your logo, lining without WITZMAN watermark branding and zippers without WITZMAN logos. These options can be chosen individually. The WITZMAN side brand label cannot currently be removed.
We support genuine-leather, PU-leather and metal logo options. Logo sizes, colors, multiple placements and custom bag colors are reviewed for your selected model and materials. Front placement near the original logo location is recommended.

Yes. The default review uses real sample photographs and videos after the agreed deposit or payment is received. This image review is free. Custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Once production begins, cancellation is not normally available. If cancellation is requested, we assess tooling and custom-material costs before confirming any cancellation charges.
Custom products retain warranty support under our existing policy. Lifetime shoulder-strap maintenance generally provides replacement straps or relevant parts with free shipping. Standard-product returns follow our current policy. We review any order issue and its responsibility with you, and take responsibility for issues caused by WITZMAN.
