How much can the 50L B757 realistically hold?

The 50L layout is designed around short multi-day travel rather than just gym use. It can accommodate clothing, toiletries, electronics and other essentials for many 3–4 day trips, although actual packing duration depends on clothing size, footwear and packing style. The benefit of B757 is that shoes, damp items and smaller accessories do not need to compete for the same main storage space.

Does the shoe compartment reduce the usable main-compartment capacity?

Only when it is being used. The ventilated shoe compartment includes a flexible inner pouch that extends into the main compartment when footwear is packed. When not needed, the pouch can fold back to reduce interference with the main storage area. This makes the compartment more adaptable than a permanently rigid divider.

What is the wet/dry pocket designed to hold?

The wet/dry section is intended for damp towels, toiletries, swimwear or post-workout clothing that should remain separated from clean items. It provides a dedicated barrier for normal travel and gym use, but it should not be treated as a sealed container for free-standing liquids.

Is the B757 better suited to travel or gym use?

It is designed for both. The shoe compartment and wet/dry pocket are especially useful for gym sessions, while the 50L main capacity, 16-pocket organisation and luggage sleeve make it practical for weekend travel, road trips and short business trips. Its layout is more travel-oriented than a basic single-compartment gym bag.

Can the B757 be used as airline carry-on luggage?

Compare this model's packed dimensions and total weight with the allowance for your airline, route and fare. Cabin luggage and underseat personal-item limits differ. Neither cabin acceptance nor underseat fit is guaranteed, particularly when the bag is fully packed or expanded.
