What size works for an overnight stay?
Use your packing list to choose the size: clothing, footwear and toiletries take different amounts of space. Compare capacity, empty weight and the main opening rather than assuming a fixed number of travel days for every bag.
Do all models have a shoe compartment?
No. Shoe storage, ventilation and wet-and-dry pockets vary by model. Check the product page for those features if separating footwear or damp gym items is a priority.
Can a duffle be used as cabin luggage?
Only when its packed dimensions and weight meet the allowance for your airline, route and fare. A larger or expanded duffle may need to be checked. Do not choose by litre capacity alone.
Should I choose canvas or nylon?
Canvas offers a textured, vintage finish; nylon offers a different surface and construction. Compare the actual model weight, lining and care instructions rather than assuming that every nylon bag is lighter or every canvas bag is waterproof.
How can I carry it with a suitcase?
Selected models have a rear trolley sleeve or strap that attaches to a suitcase handle. Handles, removable shoulder straps and convertible carrying options also vary by model; check what is included.
How do I keep clothing separate from damp items?
Use dedicated shoe or wet-and-dry storage where provided, and seal toiletries in their own containers. A separate pocket helps organise packing but does not guarantee that every liquid spill will be contained.
